Q. WHAT T-SHIRT SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
To find the right size, take your measurements directly on the body, and remember not to pull the tape too tight. Find your favourite t-shirt and use those measurements as a guide to select your size.
In between sizes?
We would recommend that you go for the larger one which will normally be more satisfactory. Because all of our t-shirts are handmade by real human people, not robots, there may be small variances from pair to pair, possibly 1 to 2cm. It might mean a small difference in fit, but it’s never enough to be uncomfortable.

Q. IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We do not offer any refund or cancellation once the subscription has been paid.
Q. I CLICKED ON THE WRONG SIZE DURING CHECK-OUT. CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you have accidentally clicked on the wrong size during check-out, please notify us within the same day via email to email@example.com and for size change at no extra charges. Make sure you get a reply from us within two (2) working days to confirm that your request has been processed. If your first t-shirt is already in production, then unfortunately there are strictly no exchange accepted. But we could work out a change of size. Please refer to EXCHANGE POLICY.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
For your first t-shirt, there is strictly no exchange in t-shirt size. However, after receiving your first t-shirt, you are allowed to change your t-shirt size one time only. We will try our best to accommodate the size change for the upcoming t-shirt(s). But, as our production is lined up one after another, we cannot guarantee that the next t-shirt will be in your revised size.
To change your size, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for change
- Current size of t-shirt
- Desired size of t-shirt (Please refer to WHAT SIZE OF T-SHIRT IS RIGHT FOR ME?)
Q. WHAT CAN I DO IF THERE IS DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY?
Email us at email@example.com within two (2) days of receipt of the first t-shirt, attach clear pictures of the damaged area, and mention:
- Your Order ID
- Description of the damage
- Size of t-shirt
Please note that kapcaicustom.com will also not be responsible if your shipment/delivery is lost during the return transit.
Q. HOW DO I CARE FOR THE GARMENTS IN THE WASH?
We recommend flipping the t-shirt inside out before hand or machine wash with cold water on delicate setting and lay it flat to air dry. This will help to protect the colourfastness of the garment as well as the construction of the design on the t-shirt.
Q. WHAT ARE MY T-SHIRTS MADE OF?
All our t-shirts are made of 100% cotton for maximum comfort.
Q. I WANT TO JOIN BUT I NOTICE THAT A FEW TEES HAVE ALREADY BEEN OUT. CAN I STILL SIGN UP?
Since our subscription is periodic, it is best to contact the us so that we can work out the ideal solution for you.
Q. DO YOU DELIVER TO HOME OR OTHER VENUES?
We provides delivery services through a third party delivery provider. Delivery area coverage is subject to the delivery service provider. Self-pick-up is unfortunately not available.
Q. HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Log into your account, then click on "My Account" and edit your account information as well as the shipping address.
Q. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT. HOW DO I RETRIEVE IT?
Click on "Forgot Password?" and fill your email that was used to register the account. Then click on Continue. A verification token will automatically be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. HOW DO I PURCHASE?
To purchase this:
- Select your size.
- Click "Buy Now" button.
- Click "Proceed To Checkout" to continue with payment.
- A log-in page will appear, enter your username and password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- Confirm your shipping address on the "Shipping Address" page and click "Continue To Shipping Method" button.
- The shipping method will automatically show a flat rate. Then click "Continue".
- Select your payment method. At the bottom of the screen, please agree to the terms & conditions and click "Place Your Order".
- Once your order has been placed, an order ID will appear automatically.
- Click "Continue" to return to home page.
